Highlands Holiday Tree Lighting

 Highlands, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Highlands will get into the holiday spirit with its annual tree lighting in Huddy Park. The tree lighting will take place on December 3, 2021 at 6 pm. Late Winter Fun in Highlands, New Jersey

The late winter is certainly not a sleepy time in Highlands, New Jersey. In fact, the run up to the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade is one of the liveliest times of the year. Events for 2020 include the Chili Cook Off  on February 23 at the Proving Ground. Enjoy a chili tasting and competition as well as beer from the Proving Ground on Shrewsbury Avenue. In fact, it's an easy walk from The Beach House . The annual Guinness Run will take place on March 7. Enjoy a race around town while balancing a filled glass followed by post race party with our neighbors at Off the Hook. They day isn't over after the race though and includes a post run pub crawl into the evening. The highlight of the season is the St. Patrick's Day parade which will take place on March 21. This event is free to attend and draws visitors from near and far. It's a fun day for the entire family.
